Rather than try to figure out the complex and changing food government recommendations on a healthy diet, one of the monks says that if you simply eat all the colors, you’ll be fine. Green and white are easy; red, yellow and orange have obvious candidates; it was the blue food group that proves more difficult. Blueberries are the answer and a much happier answer than something like kale!
