Does Renys have an online store?
Yes, Renys does have an online store. With the nature of our business being so diverse, our selection changes frequently and doesn't show everything we may have in store. You can expect to see a consistent offering of Renys branded items, food, Maine themed items and more! If you don't see what you're looking for, you can email online@renys.com or call 207-563-3177 and we can look into the item(s) for you.
Does Renys ship merchandise?
Yes, Renys can ship most items, and if you are looking for something that is not on our website, please send inquiries to online@renys.com, feedback@renys.com, or call our office at 207-563-3177. Shipping fees will apply and is based off the dimensions, weight of package, as well as zip code. We ship via USPS or UPS.
Are dogs allowed in your stores?
Although we love dogs, unfortunately we are not allowed to have them in our stores. Since Renys sells food, we must follow Maine State Regulations regarding animals in food establishments. Service animals are permitted in accordance with ADA laws.
What is your return policy?
- Renys offers a 30-day return policy for most of its items with the original receipt for a full refund. Items returned without a receipt, after 30 days, or worn/damaged might receive merchandise credit for the current selling price. Clothing and shoes need tags attached and must be unworn. Returns without receipt may be accepted with valid ID, for store credit only.
- Red Tag Clearance items can be returned for store credit only, with your receipt, for store credit in the amount you originally paid. If the customer has no receipt, a store credit would be issued for the current Renys selling price.
- Refunds of purchases made by check will not be made until the check has cleared our bank, usually 10 business days.
- Renys reserves the right to refuse a return as well as inspect any item prior to issuing a refund or merchandise credit.
- Any exception to the return policy will be explained at the time of sale.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Why can’t I find everything you offer in your stores on your website?
Renys certainly is a true Maine Adventure! If you don’t see it online, we can usually special order items for you from another store or directly from our vendors. Give us a call and we’d be happy to help you track down what you’re looking for!
Our ever-changing inventory and opportunistic buying model allows us to provide you with items at the best price and selection possible. Opportunistic buying is when a manufacturer makes too much, or other stores overbuy, we negotiate the best prices on the products and pass along the savings to you-- pure and simple.
Buyers are always searching to find you deals on the latest trends, from the brands you know and love. Our merchandise and selections are always changing, which is what makes our shopping experience unique. Each store receives new merchandise every day, so you never know what you’ll find. We don’t hold back-stock, and store managers typically don’t know what’s coming in until the merchandise rolls off the truck.
Our advice? If you see something you love, snatch it while you can! Making great finds and acting fast to get them-- that’s what makes shopping at Renys a real “Maine Adventure.”
Does Renys offer gift cards?
Yes, Renys gift cards are available at all 19 store locations. Gift cards can also be purchased safely in our online store. All of our issued gift cards are physically mailed out by USPS, with delivery expected 5-10 days from date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Gift cards are non-refundable should they become lost.
How often do stores receive new merchandise?
All of our stores are as unique as the next, in both size and layout. Merchandise may vary by store, but each store typically receives new merchandise every day. With the exceptions of poor weather conditions and the month or January, you can expect to see our gray buckets making their way to a Renys store near you on a daily basis!
What is Renys Curbside pickup and how do I place my order?
Contact your favorite Renys location by calling them between 9M-5PM Monday thru Saturday or 10am-3pm Sundays. They can take your order over the phone and will coordinate a pickup time. No contact needed! Visit the Curbside Pickup page for more information.
Does Renys offer Layaway?
Yes, Renys offers a 60 day layaway option. With a minimum of 10% down to put the layaway on hold with payments of minimum of 10% of the balance every two weeks until you pick it up!
Does Renys accept coupons?
Yes, Renys accepts Manufacturers coupons at their face value only. If the item is a taxable item, the customer is responsible for paying the associated tax.
